In case of rejection or negative notice of your application, the deletion of the transmitted data will take place at the earliest 3 months after the end of the application process and at the latest after 6 months. 6. Applicable law and place of venue

These Terms of Use and all disputes arising thereof shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, to the exclusion of its conflict of laws rules. The exclusive place of venue shall be Hamburg, Germany, provided that the User is a merchant in terms of the German Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch).
